File must be in a standard .mp3 format only. We have had good results using Audacity for editing and conversion.

Please check that your music plays without error on at least two different devices. It is the competitors responsibility to ensure that the music will play and make sure you bring a backup of the file on a USB thumb drive.

When uploading your music file, please make sure there are no special characters in the file name. Only filenames containing letters, numbers, spaces, dot (.)and dash (-) or underscore (_) will upload and process correctly. This is the most common source of upload errors.

By submitting music online for the contest, you agree to have made sure that this music is appropriate for all audiences and is family friendly. Music that contains lyrics or spoken word with profanity or other inappropriate content in any language will be grounds for disqualification of the competitor from the contest. Please be aware that the ‘clean version’ of many songs will not meet this standard.
